Color-coated coil plate: is the products coated steel sheet (galvanized, zincalumed, cold plate, etc.) after surface chemical treatment (degreasing, phosphating, and chromium hydrochloric acid passivation) and coated (roller) with coatings, again baking to forming.

Xinyu color coated plate has a mirror surface coating, protective film more closely fit on the surface of the board, not only will not affect the bending process, but also protect the board in the processing assembly from injury in the process. Durability of the color coated plate is more superior, long-term use without appear shell, cracking, peeling and other dusting.
