Recently, China Central Television's special program "Two Sessions · You, Me and Him" featured a key national project – Low-Temperature Test Site. Covering a total area of 260,000 square meters, the site includes straight performance roads, dynamic plazas, low-temperature test tracks, connecting roads, and ice-and-snow circular routes. It enables year-round, all-season testing, evaluation and assessment of vehicles and new energy equipment under ice, snow and straight-road conditions, breaking the traditional reliance on weather-dependent winter testing.

Tianjin Xinyu's color coated steel sheets, as the project's construction material, provided a strong protective shield for the project with its core competitiveness, demonstrating the manufacturing strength of color coated steel technology.

Upon receiving the order, Tianjin Xinyu attached great importance to the project. A dedicated project service team was quickly assembled, integrating core resources from the sales center, technical center and testing center to drive project preparation and implementation. In the early stage, the specialized team proactively followed up on the arc-shaped steel structure design and extensively collected environmental data on extreme low temperatures, snow and wind erosion in the Heihe region. Based on preliminary research and simulation tests, the team repeatedly optimized product solutions in terms of substrate selection, coating formulation and production processes to precisely meet the project's stringent requirements. Meanwhile, the production capacity of over 30 production lines laid a solid foundation for efficient delivery.

For this project, Tianjin Xinyu provided a combination solution of PVDF, HDP and PE color coated steel sheets, each excelling in its own way. Through rigorous and repeated testing, the products ultimately delivered a perfect result.
