Research data indicates that buildings account for 39% of global greenhouse gas emissions, with 28% originating from operational emissions.
During a meeting of the Central Comprehensively Deepening Reforms Commission presided over by the General Secretary Xi Jinping, he emphasized:"Promoting the comprehensive green transformation of economic and social development is the foundational strategy for addressing resource, environmental, and ecological challenges. It is imperative to uphold a transformation that is holistic, collaborative, innovation-driven, and secure."
The construction sector is one of the primary areas of energy consumption and carbon emissions in China. Accelerating the green transition in the building sector holds significant importance for achieving carbon neutrality and addressing resource, environmental, and ecological challenges.
Xinyu actively responds to national strategies by prioritizing technological innovation. At the product design stage, the company integrates eco-friendly principles, innovatively optimizes zinc coating and coating solutions, and develops heat-insulating color-coated steel panels. These advancements reduce long-term indoor air conditioning costs, help buildings achieve a "cooling effect," and contribute to energy conservation and emission reduction in construction.
Xinyu insulation board uses high reflectivity cold roof insulation materials to enhance the reflection ability of the topcoat coating on infrared and other sunlight energy, thereby improving the solar reflectivity of the roof and reducing the absorption of solar heat. It not only achieves the goal of reducing indoor temperature, saving energy, and lowering energy consumption costs, but also helps alleviate the urban heat island effect.
Heat Insulation Experiment
Experimental setup: 150W outdoor-specific spotlight
Initial indoor temperature: 25–30°C
Experiment duration: 30 minutes
According to experimental data, Xinyu Gray Series insulated sheet demonstrates a 4 °C difference in internal space temperature compared to the standard sheet, while the Green Series insulated sheet shows a 5 °C temperature difference under the same conditions.
Product Features
Upon exposure to solar radiation, insulated color-coated steel sheets reflect the majority of incident rays, absorbing only a minimal portion which is subsequently converted into thermal energy. Of this absorbed thermal energy, merely a fraction dissipates into the atmosphere. Compared to standard color-coated sheets, these thermally insulated variants demonstrate superior performance in reducing building temperatures.
Product Applications
Recommended for exterior cladding of metal structures and industrial facilities in regions with intense solar exposure or high temperatures
